Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use. Without a Paypal account all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by Paypal.

When it comes to our candles, we don’t just use any wax, we use the finest white beeswax. Beeswax is the most superior wax to use in candles because of its longevity and its many health and burning properties that other more commonly known waxes are deprived of.
The essential oils we use to fragrance our products are all ethically and sustainably sourced from around the world. They are made with the highest grade fruits, plants and spices.

There are two ways you can pay, both of which are fully safe and secure.
With Stripe and PayPal you can pay with your credit or debit card. You do not need a Stipe or Paypal account to pay. Simply choose your prefered payment gateway and fill out your credit card information. The payment process is directly between you and your chosen payment gateway provider. None of your credit card information is seen or stored on our system.
If you have received an e-mail from us informing you that your order has been cancelled, please place a new order online, otherwise please contact us via our contact form on our ‘contact’ page.
Bewell Manor is not currently VAT registered so you will not need to pay VAT on your order.
Stripe is a payment gateway tool that allows you to make payments for products and services that you purchase over the internet (similar to PayPal). No. We NEVER store your payment information. When you enter your payment details via PayPal or Stripe, your payment details are NEVER sent to us enabling a safe and secure online shopping environment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver to all corners of the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. Delivery times may vary depending on the location. Traditionally, deliveries to Northern Ireland and North Scotland take 1 – 2 days longer to reach their destination.
Delivery is free on orders £15.00 or over. Orders under £15.00 cost £3.00 for standard 2-3 day delivery or £5.00 for express delivery.
Yes. On the checkout page, tick the box that says ‘deliver to a different address’. A dropdown menu will appear where you can input a delivery address different to your billing address.
If your parcel has not arrived in the allocated delivery time, please check your parcels tracking information. The tracking number of your package will be sent once your order has been processed.
If the tracking information does not tell you the state of your parcel, please contact us via our contact form on our ‘contact’ page. We will resend your item(s) as soon as possible. Sometimes parcels are lost or damaged during transit.
If your item(s) have arrived damaged, please contact us via our contact form on our ‘contact’ page. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
To confirm damage during transit, we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
